I just watched the last ever episode of ER; after 15 series and years of making me cry and laugh the show has finished. and i pretty much gasped, cried and laughed my whole way through it.
I'm not gonna put much, cos it's not something i feel i can kind of gush about on here- in order to actually care that it's the last ever episode you need to have watched every episode, or at least the last 5 series. I've seen all of them, so the important stuff that happened in this episode, like Rachel Greene, Mark Greene's daughter, being interviewed to become an intern at county, would mean more to someone like me who remembers her from the first 8 series's before Dr Greene died. So i won't go on.
But it was amazing. really well done, extended like i thought it would be- it was about half an hour longer than usual, which was good. i liked how at the end it suggested Carter was returning to work there again- The entire show started based around the first internship of Carter, so it's basically followed his story, so that was a nice touch. pretty much all the old staple characters came back, which was brilliant.
And they had the original theme music at the beginning!!They got rid of it, i think it was the 12th series and me and ma were like "what?? why would you DO that??That music is PERFECT!!!" but they brought it back so yayness!!
All in all it was sad but brilliant.
xXx
